Northwest Arkansas, September 5th, 2024 - The Northwest Arkansas Home Builders Association (NWA HBA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kat Anderson as its new Executive Director, effective Thursday, September 5th, 2024. This decision comes following the departure of Shana Kasparek from the organization. Kat Anderson brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the NWA HBA, having previously served in roles that demonstrate her commitment to the home building industry. Alongside Kat, Amy Gober has been appointed as the Marketing & Events Director, contributing her expertise to further enhance the association's outreach and communication efforts.
