Tanya Malcolm

We are pleased to announce Tanya Malcolm as the 2022 Chairman of the Arkansas State Home Builders Association. She has been a member of the State Board since 2012.In addition, she has been an associate member of several Home Builder Associations in the State. Tanya has served on the Cabot Homebuilders Board, the Little Rock Home Builders Association as the Home Show Co-Chairperson for seven years, and the Faulkner County Home Builders Board for ten years.Tanya works as a Senior Marketing Consultant for Summit Utilities, formerly CenterPoint Energy. She has been with the company for over 24 years. She works with Builders and Developers to secure gas for all their projects. Tanya is customer-driven and ensures excellent customer service is her number one priority.In her free time, Tanya loves to crochet and knit for others, play with her dog Lily, and visit her Daughter (Callie), Son-in-law (Michael), and Grand dog (Lola), who live in Washington DC.
